We are on the same team
We encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, not pressure your partner to step outside of theirs. If at any point your partner doesn’t want to move forward with one of the activities, you must immediately stop and check-in before continuing.

We choose to be curious
Yes, you both “know” each other, but we’re inviting you both to give up what you already know to learn something new. Curiosity strengthens relationships by allowing you to discover more about your partner without defining or judging them.

We invite honesty and authenticity
These In Bed challenges are a great opportunity to be open with your partner about what you’re experiencing. If you aren’t wild about the way something feels, just say so. If you love it - say (or yell) that too. Being honest will lead to being more present and connected.

We view sex as a practice, not a performance
Practice means we get to do this over and over again - so we don’t need to be perfect. Practice means learning and growing together. It also means there are probably going to be orange slices and juice boxes after.

We Say “Pineapple”
Choose a safe word -a random word you wouldn’t normally use during sex (feel free to steal pineapple). Use this word during any challenge to clearly communicate that you need to stop the activity (whether just for a moment or entirely).

How much are the challenges?

Most Challenges are free, though some range up to about $100. But they can all be modified to fit within any budget.
