"Love everything about this book! This book is wonderful for challenging yourself to do things you might never have thought of to get a little out of your comfort zone. The self reflection and growth prompts are pretty good too if you take the time to really stop and think deeply about them. Overall, the challenges are fun, but also thoughtful and thought provoking and do genuinely encourage growth. I hope the solo edition version 2 comes out soon because I'm going through this one way too fast!! The challenges are easy to scratch off (that novelty doesn't wear off) and the pages are really thick and good quality. . will make a cute book of memories when it's all done."

"I love the idea of it but I brought the solo book to be inspired to do things when I don't have others to be connected to but so many of the challenges have suggestions to include friends somehow (eg. Level up by getting a book rec from a friend). It feels like it defeats the purpose and puts me off doing stuff as it makes me feel shittier about being alone rather than empowered. (I'd like to say that the company were amazing at getting the book after a mishap to me though and I'd give 5 stars to their customer service!)"

"The book arrived damaged which put me off straight away. I was going to gift these books to family and friends but I think my family and friends would think I purchased their gifts from Temu. The first adventure I scratched off was to take a paper clip and go around my town swapping it for other things. This would have to be my worst nightmare. After coming out of a really bad relationship I thought the solo challenge would help me but it has been pretty disappointing all round"
